"We were in the search for a new home after being transferred from Thunder Bay to Sudbury in the summer of 2015. After several long searches we were finally introduced to Tim McDonald of TM Quality Homes Inc. and instantly made our decision to buy one of his new builds on Jeanine Street in Sudbury. All custom work was done to our complete satisfaction, and when minor adjustments or changes were needed, either Tim himself or a friendly contractor would be at our door to fix what was needed.
In all cases this work was done at no cost to us. In addition, Tim was able to connect us with a number of contractors to complete our exterior fencing, driveway and backyard utility shed requirements. In a couple of cases the work was done at a substantial savings relative to other quotes we had received.
